High Impact Instruction
WZES teachers will implement well-planned, rigorous lessons aligned to the Florida BEST standards and designed to meet Core Actions 2 and 3 with appropriate instructional pacing.

Data-Driven Decisions
WZES will adhere to collective commitments centered around student achievement and wellbeing.

Collaborative Culture
WZES will utilize a system that collects and organizes data to monitor proficiency and growth over time to support and monitor student achievement, behavior, and attendance.
