Change of Transportation/Cambio de Transportación

Please fill out the form to notify the school of a change of regular means of transportation for your child. We will not be processing dismissal changes after 3:00 p.m. on a school day!
If you are changing to a walker, please make sure you have completed the WALKER APPROVAL FORM.

For the safety and security of our students, if there is inclement weather, students (Walkers Only) will remain in the front office until they can be released to an authorized adult. All adults picking up students must be verified through the information provided in PascoOne. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during these situations.
