Students with medical needs, food allergies, or that will be taking medications at school, please see the Nurse on Registration Day to pick up the required forms.
Medication will be accepted on Registration Day with ALL required documentation completed. If you need the forms, please email our School Nurse, Amber Martin, she will send you the forms. ammartin@pasco.k12.fl.us
Medication drop off after Registration Day will be done by appointment only. More information to follow on this new procedure.
